Shipping Details
We process all Moda Pole orders from our Madrid studio within 1-3 business days. We offer reliable shipping across the EU for a flat fee and affordable international rates worldwide. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow your jewelry's journey. Please note that for international orders outside the EU, any local customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. In the rare event of a lost or damaged package, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue with the courier for you.
Returns and Style Exchanges
We want you to love your pieces, but if you change your mind, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, jewelry must be unworn, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are also final sale. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the initial delivery and the return mailing. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure your return reaches our offices in Spain safely.
